Specifications include, but are not limited to: Review Existing Documentation: Review current CEQA and other associated documents associated with the IPM Program. Identify Regulatory Changes: Identify regulatory changes since the adoption of the EIR and/or Annual Updates to the Guidance Manual (e.g., newly listed species under both the Federal and State Endangered Species Act). Review Proposed Changes: Review proposed changes to the IPM Guidance Manual (Program Description), including Policies. Changes to the Guidance Manual may include: The addition of pesticides to the Approved Pesticide List; Treatment of termites in human-occupied or historic buildings; Treatment options already approved in the IPM Program under one category added to another. Evaluate Environmental Impacts: Assess potential environmental impacts that must be adequately analyzed or mitigated. Prepare Updated Documentation: Develop updated CEQA documentation that addresses regulatory changes and other Program updates. Documentation may include an Addendum or other amendments to the EIR.
