1. Project Administration The Agency shall assign a single project administrator as the point of contact for OCFEC. 2. Quality of Personnel Agency is responsible for the professional quality, technical competence, and conduct of all personnel supplied. Agency must ensure that all workers have the necessary skills, certifications, and licenses. 3. Order Process OCFEC will request personnel on an as-needed basis via email or phone. Agency must respond within 8 hours of request with qualified candidates. 4. Recruitment & Screening Agency shall recruit, screen, and test workers to confirm qualifications. All workers must pass background checks, including verification of work eligibility, employment history, and criminal record screening. 5. Job Classifications Covered Maintenance Worker: General facility and event setup/teardown, basic carpentry, painting, custodial support. Electrician: Facility and event electrical support, troubleshooting, installation, repair. Plumber: Installation and repair of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment. HVAC Technician: Maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. 6. Reports & Timekeeping Agency shall provide timesheets or hours-worked reports each payroll cycle and notify OCFEC when any worker reaches 800 hours of service.
