Specifications include, but are not limited to: Temporary/Relief Occupational Therapy Services. The contractor is responsible for meeting all of the licenses and certifications required to perform the scope of services set forth in this solicitation. A. Services may be provided seven days a week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on an as-needed basis, in accordance with CalVet policies and procedures, to ensure the best quality of treatment to meet the needs of residents at the Home. However, most services will be provided Monday through Friday. B. Contractor shall have a telephone number and a contact person available by telephone Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except major holidays (January 1, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas) for the duration of the contract.
