Specifications include, but are not limited to: PSUSD is soliciting bids to rent temporary outdoor lighting for the following campuses: • Cathedral City High School (69250 Dinah Shore Dr. Cathedral City, CA 92234) • Desert Hot Springs High School (65850 Pierson Blvd. Desert Hot Springs, CA 92240) • Palm Springs High School (2401 E Baristo Rd. Palm Springs, CA 92262) • Rancho Mirage High School (31001 Rattler Road Rancho Mirage, CA 92270) Each of the four sites will receive 10 temporary lights. The temporary lighting will be utilized for the duration of the fall and winter months as follows: • November 2023 through March 2024 • November 2024 through March 2025 Throughout the course of the term, the vendor will also be asked to provide replacement lights and repairs at no additional cost. Vendors are not required to provide both options. Award will be made by section per the Pricing Proposal. 5.2. Section 1: Diesel Option To ensure product consistency PSUSD has established the following as a metric of standard requirements: • Mast Height: 20' minimum • Power: 6kW Generator • Watts: 4200W • Fuel: Diesel Equipment specifications should be submitted through 7. Vendor Questionnaire. 5.3. Section 2: Solar Option Special consideration will be given to solar stand-alone options. For these, the standard requirements will be: • Mast Height: 20' minimum • Watts: 4000W • Fuel: Solar Only Plug-in rechargeable options will not be considered.
