The City of Chula Vista is seeking competitive proposals from experienced and qualified individuals or firms to provide professional Unmanned Aerial Systems / Drone as First Responder (UAS/DFR) Program Support with Telepresence Operations services. The main focus is to enhance the City’s existing DFR operations through scalable, resilient, and telepresence driven solutions that improve real-time situational awareness, operational efficiency, and public safety outcomes. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract for an initial term of one-year (12-month) for UAS/DFR Program Support services. The City will evaluate and determine the need for ongoing services and at the City’s option the agreement will include four (4) one-year options to renew.
