This Scope of Work (SOW) is for the procurement of subscriptions to access onboard telematics software that provides real-time tracking, diagnostics, and communication capabilities for NCTD’s non-revenue vehicle (NRV) fleet. The system will improve operational efficiency, safety, and data-driven decision-making. B. Objectives 1. Deploy onboard telematics hardware across fleet vehicles. 2. Enable real-time GPS tracking, driver behavior monitoring, and vehicle diagnostics. 3. Integrate telematics data with backend fleet management and analytics platforms. C. Deliverables 1. Online platform for accessing dashboards, data, and data exports a. Firmware for TCU. b. Mobile and web applications for fleet managers and drivers. c. Cloud platform for data aggregation, storage, and analytics. 2. Hardware Components, if needed a. If any hardware is needed, it must be a plug-and-play solution whereby component(s) are no more than plugged in and do not involve interfering with already established system wiring and must not require any equipment to be installed outside of the vehicle. b. 1-year warranty from manufacturer defects 3. Training and Documentation a. Online or electronic user manuals b. Online or electronic maintenance and troubleshooting guides 4. Ongoing Support a.
