Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor must have a minimum of five years experience in the design, implementation, installation, configuration, service, technical support, and commissioning of large scale IP based closed circuit television (CCTV) systems and associated hardware and software including external data storage systems, data networking equipment and systems including PCs, servers, data switches, and routers. Vendor must also have five years experience integrating other low voltage systems including access control, duress, and intercom systems with the IP CCTV systems including using 3rd party integration software. Vendor must provide documentation from low voltage systems manufacturer’s showing that the vendor has successfully installed and integrated other low voltage systems and software with IP CCTV systems. Vendor must also provide documentation from government agencies including City, State, County, and Federal agencies in which the vendor has completed installations of IP CCTV and low voltage systems indicating that the vendor has successfully installed large scale IP CCTV systems within the last 2 years. Vendor must be a Teledyne/Flir approved and certified dealer and integrator for the last five years. Vendor must also be Teledyne/Flir certified and trained on the most current version of Teledyne/Flir Latitude video management system. Vendor must provide manufacturer’s certifications at time of bid submittal. Vendor must have a minimum of five Teledyne/Flir fully trained and certified technicians.
