The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (“Air District”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide community meeting support to the Air District Board of Directors, Committee, and Council Meetings. These services will support the Air District's Board of Directors ("Board") meetings, including any of its sub-Committees, Councils, or ad-hoc groups of the Board, by providing professional audio-visual ("A/V") production, closed captioning, live streaming, recording, and logistical and facilitation assistance for virtual, hybrid, and in-person meetings. Additional, as-needed, meeting support services, including professional multilingual interpretation, may be requested. The goals are to enhance the public engagement experience, maximize accessibility, ensure transparency, and foster inclusive public participation in alignment with the Air District’s commitment to environmental justice and community engagement. The meetings will be open to public participation. The Air District, at its sole discretion, may select one or more qualified firms to perform the tasks sought in this proposal.
