The Iowa Workforce Development (IWD), Information Technology Bureau, located at the Iowa Workforce Development Building in Des Moines, Iowa, is seeking staff augmentation for IWD Information Technology application development as a Technical Project Manager- JAVA/J2EE/DB2 Application within the IWD UI Tax Redesign Project Team. This position will be under the direction of IWD IT Bureau management. Primary responsibilities of this position include: Technical Project Manager- JAVA/J2EE/DB2 Application Must have: Technical Project Management experience of a large JAVA/J2EE/DB2 project including mainframe data migration - Minimum 4 years experience Microsoft Office Professional skills Microsoft Project skills Rational Tool Suite skills Additional Desirables include: Unified Modeling Language (UML) experience Rational Unified Process (RUP) experience
