Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Student Behavioral Health Incentive Program is a 3-year incentive program intended to expand and increase behavioral health access for prevention and early intervention services for students in TK-12 grades. The intention of this program is for Managed Care Plans (MCP), County Offices of Education, Local Education Agencies (LEA) and Mental Health Plans to collaborate and build an infrastructure that is sustainable beyond the duration of the program. SBHIP is an identified workstream under the Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI), which is a 4.4 billion dollar investment to enhance, expand and redesign the systems that support behavioral health for children and youth. CYBHI is a 5-year initiative led by the California Health and Human Services Agency, the Department of Healthcare Services, the Department of Health Care Access and Information, the Department of Managed Health Care, the California Department of Public Health, the Office of Inspector General and the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission. The goal of CYBHI is to reimagine the mental health and emotional well-being for ALL children, youth and families in California. a. Vendor shall collaborate with ten (10) Local Education Agencies, two (2) County Offices of Education, two (2) County Behavioral Health teams, two (2) Managed Care Plans, and additional vendors needed to implement interventions. b. Vendor shall be available for two onsite visits and two virtual meetings a month per Local Education Agency (LEA). c. Vendor shall have flexibility and availability as needed to support the LEAs. Minimum availability should be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST. d. Vendor shall be available to meet with the MCPs and County Office of Education to provide updates and data sharing for SBHIP program outcome, aggregate program/project performance, and LEA Student data (number of students attending Behavioral Health (BH) Wellness Centers, number of students receiving BH services, number of students with increased attendance, and number of students interacted through Care Teams, at minimum monthly and as needed. e. Vendor shall provide a multidisciplinary project implementation team and dedicate a project implementation team for each LEA. f. Vendor shall provide organizational structure and overview of team member experience and skill level. g. Vendor shall have familiarity with school, school-based systems, Medi-Cal and Managed Care. h. Vendor shall collaborate with stakeholders in developing workshops and toolkits. i. Vendor shall work with other applicable vendors to implement SBHIP interventions.
