This Solicitation is being issued by OOC. OOC is seeking qualified Proposers who can connect with VEA’s and be prepared to support them in the areas outlined further below, as they specifically relate to the cannabis industry. The services detailed below are services that VEAs most often seek support with. Proposers whose primary competency is in one (or some) of the services listed below are encouraged to subcontract or establish partnerships with other organizations or firms to ensure they can provide a broad range of services to support the varied needs of current and prospective cannabis business owners. Proposers are not required to submit a plan for support in every area listed below, but are encouraged to include in their Proposal a plan for providing support in as many of these areas as possible, including potentially through the use of subcontractors.
