Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform facility maintenance/housekeeping services at various SNO-PARKs located in the Lake Tahoe area. Services will consist of cleaning, trash removal, snow clearance, and data collection/delivery as described below. The contract term will begin on July 1, 2022, or upon DPR approval whichever is later through 1,826 days from approval (five (5) years). I. SNO-PARK MAINTENANCE: A. Cleaning Services: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform general cleaning services at seven (7) seasonal SNO-PARKs for the period during the winter months of November 1st through May 31st . Cleaning services will consist of sweeping, excess water removal, litter collection, and spider web removal in and around restroom stalls; spraying, washing, wiping, and rinsing of vaulted toilets and risers; and toilet paper replacement. Regular services will be performed two (2) times weekly on Friday and Sunday. During known high usage weeks, additional services will be required at Donner Summit and Echo Lake SNO-PARKs only, but additional services may be requested at the other locations. These additional services will be performed on the following dates: 2022/2023 Season: 11/28/2022, 12/26/2022, 1/2/2023, 1/16/2023, 2/20/2023, 4/10/2023, 5/31/2023. 2023/2024 Season: 11/27/2023, 12/26/2023, 1/3/2021, 1/2/2024, 1/15/2024, 2/19/2024, 4/1/2024, 5/31/2024. 2024/2025 Season: 12/2/2024, 12/30/2024, 1/6/2025, 1/20/2025, 2/17/2025, 4/21/2025, 5/31/2025. 2025/2026 Season: 12/1/2025, 12/29/2025, 1/5/2026, 1/19/2026, 2/16/2026, 4/6/2026, 5/31/2026. 2026/2027 Season: 11/30/2026, 12/28/2026, 1/4/2027, 1/18/2027, 2/15/2027,3/29/2027, 5/31/2027. When any regular service day falls on a legal holiday, service on that holiday will be required under the terms of this contract. This schedule may be adjusted at the State’s discretion. In the event that parking lots are inaccessible, Contractor shall immediately contact the Winter Recreation Program Manager or designee to request adjustments. Some locations may require additional services during high-use periods. Additional services will be requested in writing by the Winter Recreation Program Manager or designee. Payment for such additional services will be in accordance with the bid price under Item A of Exhibit B, Attachment 1 for the corresponding season.
