The requirement is for a one-day period of instruction in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC). The training will utilize live patient models and maintain a student-to-instructor ratio of no more than 4:1.
The curriculum will begin with didactic instruction in a controlled setting before progressing to practical application scenarios, including 'Care Under Fire' and 'Tactical Field Care.' All instruction must align with the latest Joint Trauma System (JTS) guidelines and reconnaissance Training and Readiness (T&R) standards.
The training service must be all-inclusive, providing all consumable medical supplies, materials, and equipment needed for the course, including those used by students during treatment exercises. The training must be conducted in strict compliance with Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 3216.01 and all other applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
