Minimum BBC: 114” inches and Back of Cab clearance: It should be noted; this truck will be required to perform at 10% grade over a 1-mile distance while full. It will operate in rock quarries with unpaved dirt roads and steep elevations. Upon request, Bidder will furnish complete information on the equipment to be furnished. Wheelbase and CA will be compatible with dump body dimensions and appropriate weight distribution. Bidders are required to submit CARB Engine Executive Order with bid package. WHEELBASE: The Wheelbase and Cab to Axle dimensions offered must be matched to the DIESEL installation requirements and Dump Body installation and are to afford an appropriate weight distribution and dumping stability factor. Body length may be shortened to accommodate a capacity reduction, so the proper weight distribution is achieved. A Minimal after-frame (AF) dimension is desired for best Dumping stability. TRUCK FRAME: Factory 120,000 PSI, heat treated straight channel frame. Grade 8 Bolts will be Utilized. Frame equipped with heavy duty Crossmembers. Rear frame ends are to support a steel hitch plate. TRUCK FRAME: (Cont.) Note: Chassis is to include factory optional trailer towing package with electrical and air to the rear hitch plate. Front bumper to be made of 3/8-inch-thick steel channel with an argent finish. It is to come with a center mounted tow hooks rated at 80,000 pounds. The tow hooks will be frame mounted. The front license plate will be mounted as close to the center of the bumper as possible. No Exceptions. License plate light (LED) and bracket for rear.
