Phase 1: Construction of approximately 2,310 LF of new 24" ductile iron transmission main and 120 LF of new 12” ductile iron main along Madison Avenue. The pipeline includes connections to an existing 24” ductile iron transmission main at Blue Oak Drive, and existing 8" asbestos concrete distribution main. Retirement of existing transmission main between Blue Oak Drive and Winding Oak Drive, including the retirement of existing cathodic protection stations. Phase 2: Construction of approximately 1,003 LF of new 24" ductile iron transmission main along Winding Oak Dr. The pipeline includes connections to the Phase 1, 24" ductile iron transmission main and to the existing 30" ductile iron transmission main. Note: Phase 2 construction may be deferred to a future project.
