Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of this document to obtain proposals from licensed, qualified firms specializing inproviding quality, unarmed, uniformed security guard services.1.2The goal of these specifications is to ensure the proper protection of Milwaukee County TransitSystem riders, employees, visitors and property during the term of the contract and to provideguidelines for the day-to-day management of the contract.1.3The successful bidder for Transit Security Services will provide visible security patrol onMilwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) buses and be prepared to respond to security andemergency situations with tact and professionalism. Officers will provide an on-bus presence, aswell as vehicular support to enforce rules and respond to fare disputes, ordinance violations,quality of life issues and general antisocial behavior on MCTS buses.1.4The successful bidder will also provide protective security patrols at all MCTS buildings andproperty including county and state-owned park and ride lots
