Specifications include, but are not limited to: San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA), has planning, coordination and project approval responsibility for five public transit operators including Omnitrans, Victor Valley Transit Authority, Basin Transit, Mountain Transit, and Needles Area Transit. SBCTA is seeking a professional consultant team to assist with Transit and Specialized Transportation Planning Services. The project may include providing support and administration of the Public and Specialized Transportation Advisory Coordinating Council (PASTACC), annual Transportation Development Act annual Public Hearings, Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5310 Capital Grant Program, updating the Public Transit/Human Service Transportation Coordination Plan required by FTA, Title VI requirements, Short Range Transit Plans, technical assistance related to FTA and Caltrans, Multimodal Working group and general technical assistance related to public transit.
