Specifications include, but are not limited to: There will be five (5) Microsoft 365 computer training courses offered to program participants which are the following MS Office 2021 applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Teams. The Vendor will: A. Work with the each Departmental Training Coordinator to identify training dates, times, instructional method (live online or in-person) and locations (if in-person) and gather this pertinent information to populate the training schedule. B. Maintain and update on a daily basis the training schedule in Excel format with the information provided by the Departmental Training Coordinators. C. Promptly forward a copy of the training schedule in Excel format to the DHR Program Manager and DHR Program Coordinator prior to the start of all trainings. D. Promptly notify the DHR Program Manager and DHR Program Coordinator if there are any reschedules or cancellations by sending an updated copy of the training schedule in Excel format or by email communication. E. Review registration lists provided by the Departmental Training Coordinator on a daily basis, and send new participants an email confirmation and instructions to access the training on the web conferencing training software/platform or training website.
