To support the 2025 and 2026 election’s activities, the County of San Diego (County) Registrar of Voters (ROV) requires flaggers to direct traffic and pedestrians near the ROV building, both inbound and outbound, at the County Operations Center (COC), located at 5600 Overland Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123. 1.1. The ROV expects a large number of voters on the COC campus on or before election day. The flaggers will keep traffic flowing and provide pedestrian and vehicle traffic control during peak times. 1.2. Contractor shall provide all transportation, personnel, signs, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the required services for all locations unless specified in the Pricing Schedule. 1.3. The Contractor shall be able to adjust the locations of flaggers according to traffic and pedestrian flow volume as needed. 1.4. Contractor’s staff shall be ready to begin directing traffic at the specified time and locations.
