The general scope and requirements for the TIWRP Service Maintenance and Warehouse Facility and Hazardous Waste Storage Sites Project includes design, as well as support services during bid and award and construction. The design will be developed through coordination with the BOE and LASAN. The BOE will secure environmental clearances, including completing the required documentation under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The BOE will also provide the necessary surveys and geotechnical engineering work. The scope of the Project involves: • Demolition of existing lockers and offices and storage area • Construction of a new 2-story maintenance facility (approximately 50,000 SF) • Internal modifications to the existing 1-story service maintenance and warehouse facility (approximately 21,000 SF) • Modifications to parking areas • Modifications to landscaping areas
