Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90037 (APN: 5113031900), total of six (6) parcels - Demolition of existing locker/ shower/ restroom, office, and storage facilities (existing gas fueling station to remain and evaluation of replacement / relocation of an existing clean air separator tank is required) Minimum of 1000 sq. ft. office with a minimum of one (1) private office, three (3) open office desks, open meeting area, printer / copier area, electrical, communications room, office storage area, janitor closet, and two (2) unisex accessible compliant restrooms 6000 sq. ft. of storage with a total of eight (8) double-wide bays and four (4) single bays 1500 sq. ft. shower / lockers for twenty-five (25) male and five (5) female with accessible compliance lockers and associated restrooms, cleaning supply storage / janitor closet, and two (2) separate unisex restrooms for public use, and accommodation for ice machine with exterior access Repair of existing 27' x 20' truck wash facility with connection to existing clarifier and connection to tire pressure pumps Provide facility utilities connection and space to house the back-up power generator, air compressor, fire life safety panels, and all necessary utility meters Provide a minimum of 150 sq. ft. of additional storage room planned as future battery storage that will provide building emergency back-up power Repair of existing 20’ wide enclosures for trash (2 bays) and asphalt (1 bay) Update all mechanical / electrical / lighting / plumbing / Information Technology (IT) / security system
