Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pursuant to Work Order Requests issued by the District, the Pre-Qualified Firms and/or Sole Proprietor hereinafter referred to as “Contractor,” shall provide the Los Angeles Unified School District with Title I services funded under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) Title I, Part A – Private Schools. These services shall be delivered to eligible private school students, their teachers and their families. The Title I services provided by the LEA for private school participants are designed to meet their educational needs and supplement the educational services provided by the private school. Title I services can fall into any of the following four (4) categories: Category 1: Supplemental English Language Arts and Math Services for Students in Grades K-12 Category 2: School-based Counseling Services Category 3: Professional Development for Private School Teachers of Participating Title I students Category 4: Parent Involvement Services for Parents of Participating Title I Students
