Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD), a community owned electric service provider, invites qualified firms with expertise in the development and instruction of educational practices in Title 20 and Title 24 Building Energy Efficiency Program Standards and Compliance, to submit competitive proposals to provide the development and instruction of educational services described herein to support SMUDs Energy and Technology Department. SMUD has established four known courses, the first class entitled California Title 24 Building Code Changes for Residential Envelopes, is scheduled to be delivered on September 12, 2013. All details will be outlined in the Learning Objectives Section below. The contractor shall provide course curriculum, participant materials and deliver content as outlined in the Course and Learning Objectives. Additionally, proposals should include provisions for, as needed, customized Title 24 course development as required to meet SMUDs needs.
