Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor is to provide Time and Attendance / Scheduling System which will allow for timekeeping and integration of timekeeping data with the Districts ERP solution, SunGard Public Sectors IFAS. The District is also seeking implementation and support services for the selected application, along with associated clock terminal hardware. Software and hardware will have a minimum five-year warranty. The District anticipates a minimum of 60 biometric time clocks will be needed for the five-year term of the contract. The District will utilize this solution for approximately 450 employees, represented by 25 unions. Bus drivers timekeeping and scheduling are not part of this project.
