Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced Proposers to provide independent TPO services for the District's SAP Finance and Procurement Implementation Project. TPO is a major risk-mitigation activity to ensure that the project team (internal LAUSD staff and/or SAP Implementor) delivers the services as expected and the project and/or product works as required. The District expects that the TPO provider will perform as an informed, unbiased advocate who assesses the status of the project, including but not limited to the project's scope, budget, schedule, deliverables, and any risks that may negatively impact the successful completion of the project. Likewise, the TPO will also provide positive feedback when the project is on schedule and going well
