Specifications include, but are not limited to: THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO (COUNTY), DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, HAS A REQUIREMENT FOR TERMITE ABATEMENT SERVICE; Abatement of subterranean, dampwood and drywood termites at Los Penasquitos Canyon County Preserve's Ranch House located in Canyonside Park Driveway, San Diego, CA 92129 ; 3.1. Contractor is to furnish all labor, material, equipment, tool, site supervision and management required to complete the work defined in the detailed scope of work. 3.2. Work is to comply with all Local, State and Federal Laws. 3.3. All removed equipment, trash and construction debris shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with all Local, State and Federal laws. 3.4. Contractor shall always keep utility structures accessible during construction. 3.5. Contractor is responsible to preserve all existing conditions and are to be replaced by the Contractor at no additional cost to the County in the event an adjacent existing condition(s) get damaged during construction. 4.1. Abatement of subterranean, dampwood and drywood termites at Los Penasquitos Canyon County Preserve's Ranch House located in Canyonside Park Driveway, San Diego, CA 92129 4.1.1. Abatement anticipated to be achieved via fumigation involving tenting and/or a combination of other methods appropriate to the control and removal of subterranean, dampwood and drywood termites. 4.2. Contractor shall include and provide a comprehensive termite abatement treatment plan and safety plan. 4.3. Contractor shall be responsible to coordinate with all utility companies, especially with SDG&E to shut off/on all gas lines at the Ranch House.
