The required scope of services involves the following: 1.1 Supervision of ILWU labor to undertake truck and/or railcar unloading, sorting, recooping, marshalling, tallying, recording of damage, and compiling Over, Short and Damage (OS&D) documentation for export cargo received to place of rest and stored in transit on the marine terminals prior to vessel loading. 1.2 Supervision of ILWU labor to undertake sorting, recouping, marshalling, tallying, recording of damage, compiling Over, Short and Damage (OS&D) documentation, and truck and/or railcar loading of import cargo discharged from vessel to place of rest on the marine terminal. 1.3 Supervision of ILWU labor throughout the duration of tie up and let go operations within visual line of site. 1.4 Supervision of ILWU labor throughout the duration of connect and disconnect operations of pipeline hoses, booster pumps, and accessories. 1.5 Represent Port and Port’s interests to PMA and ILWU on all labor relations (LR) matters pertaining to Port operations, including, but not limited to vessel operations, lines/hose handling, terminal operations, and stevedoring operations.
