All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to:The primary objectives of this project are to: ▪ Coordinate system development and deployment with the City’s staff and City’s contractors. ▪ Develop and implement a documented software change management and workflow system, through which the Owner may submit change request for modifications to the SCADA or related software, and the implementation of change request can be logged for review and record keeping. ▪ Develop and implement a documented SCADA system development environment that can be used to test changes to the SCADA system in a safe manner before they are deployed to production systems. ▪ Develop and implement a detailed overall HMI software security plan that follows the latest Cybersecurity framework standards and industry best practices. ▪ Develop standardized programming for each element of the project, and programming methods that emphasize standardization, modularity, and simplicity. ▪ Implement Allen Bradley Logix 5000 controller configurations at remote facilities. ▪ Implement a new Ignition SCADA system with a single, unified platform across all sites which provides reliable operation of water/wastewater collection, delivery, and treatment. ▪ Provide full documentation, such that the programming of SCADA related software is not reliant upon a single individual programmer or organization. ▪ Use a single firm that is regularly engaged in the developed of SCADA software systems to implement the fully integrated Ignition SCADA system.
