The Contractor shall: 1. Support the Student Safety Investigation Team (SSIT) by providing districtwide investigative services. Service areas include all regions and divisions of the District, on and off school campuses. 2. Provide knowledgeable, experienced, on-call personnel to perform digital forensics examiner duties. 3. Provide personnel who are certified and proficient in current, relevant forensics software. 4. Ensure availability to provide services on an as-needed basis, during regular business hours/days. Contractor may receive occasional requests to provide services after business hours. 5. Ensure assigned personnel sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to accessing sensitive and confidential information. 6. Report to LAUSD headquarters to perform device examinations, upon request. Contractor may upload the examination file and review offsite. 7. Accompany District staff during offsite investigation, as needed. 8. Submit findings report within five (5) business days post examination of devices. 9. Prepare ancillary reports (e.g., attendance, progress, incident), timelines (i.e., projected completion dates, milestones), and evaluations, upon request. 10. Perform duties in accordance with industry standards.
