The District is looking for consulting firms who have demonstrated experience in delivering high quality construction engineering services for wastewater force mains in public right-of-way and private property in a safe and effective manner. Prior experience providing construction engineering services for the construction of wastewater force mains and working within public and private right-of-way is required. The CES firm shall provide engineering assistance during construction activities. These services shall include, but are not limited to: 1. Project team communications, participation and support in meetings (both on-site and virtually), 2. Field observation of construction activities, 3. Submittal review, 4. Request for Information (RFI) review, 5. Change Order (CO) review and comparison to schedule of values, 6. Coordination of design and scope alterations, 7. Preparation of record drawings.
