Facilitate the process of defining strategy or direction and assist Court to make decisions allocating resources to pursue identified strategy for development of results into a long-range Strategic Plan. The selected Vendor will work with the Court to redefine the Scope of Work and Deliverables during contract negotiations. However, the work shall include all necessary processes for creation of an end product Strategic Plan. Vendor proposals should include conducting 3-4 planning sessions/workshops (either on-site or remotely) with the Court’s strategic planning committee (including judicial officers and administrative representatives), as well as surveying bench, community and/or justice partners for input. The successful candidate will work with Court leadership to learn about the court, but will also work independently to prepare surveys, agendas and meeting materials including such information as external trends information. The successful candidate will assist court staff in preparing internal trends information and plan logistics. The Strategic Plan will be finalized in a conference call with Presiding Judge (or delegate) and Court Executive Officer. Deliverables: a. Court approved long-range Strategic Plan. b. Checklist Court may utilize to conduct annual plan reviews for the duration of the term covered by the final, approved Strategic Plan
