Therefore, the City Manager's Office seeks the professional services of a consultant with experience in communications, brand management, and graphic design. The consultant will work with the City Manager's Office, as well as with City Departments and officials, to (1) develop a strategic approach to unifying communication materials in the City, (2) provide guidance and assistance as the City executes the strategy, (3) design communication materials across a range of media, including print, electronic, web-based, and more.
