LASAN is soliciting for a qualified consultant firm to provide as-needed support, guidance and improvement, assessment and best management practices on the efficient operational and maintenance needs of existing, newly turned-over and future stormwater quality improvement projects. This work shall include, but is not limited to: coordination with various City Divisions to ensure optimum operational and planning requirements, establishment and implementation of best management standards, facilitation of project development and hands-on operations and training after construction, as well as providing support for meetings and stakeholder activities. The qualified consultant shall also provide facilitation and support services for engaging and obtaining input from stakeholders in the review of new documents and other activities, related to the development, review, and analysis of these water quality improvement projects and policies including but not limited to operation and maintenance standardization, team meetings, and other activities. Such support services shall be on an as-needed and as-directed basis.
