City Hall roof storm drain system upgrades for the 3rd, 2nd and 1st floors. A Remove and replace all of the storm water piping, this includes all of horizontal and vertical piping. B. All vertical pipes within floors from roof to floor below as well as all vertical pipes within floors must be replaced. C. Areas shown within planter areas are lined D. In the affected areas of the work, all of the T-bar ceilings will be new E. The existing ducts as well as the lights will be raised/protected from dust and air duct contamination per California Green Code F. The new piping plus the T-bar ceilings will be installed. G. The Mechanical supply and return registers as well as the lights will be located in the same positions. H. In case, the return registers are not observed in the room, one perforated grille near the ent rance door will be added to provide proper return air grille within the space. I. Onfirst floor, the T-bar with no tiles will be replaced with same concept J. On First floor in community room, the same lights and supply/return registers will be located in the same areas. K. In basement, several rooms do not have their mechanical registers, and their carpets have been fully damaged. Providing new registers, carpet, paints, etc. within these rooms and will be part of the scope of work.
