The Sonoma County Department of Health Services (Department) is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Stepping Up Workgroup Planning, Coordination, and Meeting Facilitation. This RFP seeks proposals to support grant implementation and activities for a State Hospitals Planning Grant with a focus on facilitation of the Stepping Up Workgroup which works to support improvement in the systems of care and resources provided to individuals with needs at the intersection of criminal justice and behavioral health. The Workgroup aims to expand collaboration among agencies and organizations that work with individuals in the justice system who experience significant mental health impairment and maximize effectiveness of programs serving this population. This RFP outlines the information necessary to understand the competitive selection process and the required documentation necessary for the submission of proposals. All interested proposers must meet the requirements specified in this RFP. Proposers must have qualified staff on hand for this project and be ready to begin work on the date this project is initiated.
