The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide the following steam cleaning services: A. Restroom Areas to Be Cleaned: • Floors (tile, concrete, epoxy, grout, or other surfaces) • Walls (tile, wall panels, partitions, or other vertical surfaces) • Toilets, urinals, sinks, and hand dryers • Stall doors and hardware • Mirrors, dispensers, and other fixtures • Trash receptacle areas • Entryways and thresholds B. Steam Cleaning Requirements: • Use of commercial-grade steam cleaning equipment with a minimum temperature of 212°F • High-pressure, low-moisture steam application to sanitize and remove grime, bacteria, and odor • Safe and effective degreasers and disinfectants approved for use in public spaces, when necessary • Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal health and safety regulations • Proper ventilation practices to reduce humidity and slip hazards
