SAS software licenses, technical support and training services. The Administrative Services division is responsible for delivery of day-to-day business solutions, strategic planning, policy and operational support to the department’s internal partners, external customers and community stakeholders. The SAS software must have the capability to develop and refine key processes and outcome measures to support attainment of Department goals. The software must transform raw data from DPSS systems into useful measures of performance and outcome that contribute to developing evidence-based practices, enhanced resource management, interactive reporting and graphical representation. The software must be able to produce management reporting that includes both high-level trend data and the ability to drill down into the data in multiple ways, including drill-down to the case level to get to the root of the systemic problems. This RFQ requests full implementation of the software, user licenses, training and annual software (technical) support services.
