Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFI is to solicit information, suggestions, best practices, and cost estimates for the technical resources needed to configure, deploy, and maintain a Statewide Notification System (hereinafter “System”). The objective of this RFI is to: Obtain information from the vendor community about existing technology solutions that could implement the core business processes and requirements contained in this document. Determine if the System Requirements developed by the DPR staff are clear and easy to understand. Identify the best approach to implement a System solution. Obtain a cost and schedule estimate for the potential solution. Receive feedback on questions and potential issues. Obtain market research to identify potential vendors. To further inform this effort, the DPR is requesting information from vendors about their ability to meet the proposed project requirements and to provide the DPR with a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) budgetary estimates. Additionally, the DPR is requesting information from vendor regarding potential modifications and improvements to the proposed project scope and requirements that may better align with the DPR’s project goal.
