The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials in accordance with the statement of work and specifications. The contractor must accomplish all the following: a. Demolition and removal of selected portions of exterior or interior of building or structure. b. Removal and salvage of existing items for delivery to Owner and removal of existing items for reinstallation. c. Reinforce and add new sealants, window flashing,sill adapters, and any additional materials required. d. Replace and install new energy efficient gliding Performance Class CW and Grade, Non-Impact-Resistant: PG30 windows, window flashing, and window trim per the specification. e. Paint all surfaces uncovered by work. f. Repaint previously painted surfaces damaged, defaced or altered under work of this project. g. Repair any unforeseen damages in and around the window openingsthat occurred during his project. h. Comply with requirements of 2022 California Building Code.
