Specifications include, but are not limited to:Description of Services: Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all of the materials, tools, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary to service, repair, and program the Stanley Pac Pro 500-Series alarm system at the following four (4) locations: 1) District 6 Office located at 1352 W. Olive Ave., Frenso, CA 93728; 2) Lab Office (adjacent to the District 6 Office) located at 1352 W. Olive Ave., Fresno, CA 93728; 3) Tower located at 855 M Street, Fresno, CA 93721; and 4) Manchester Center located at 2015 E. Shields, Ste. 100, Fresno, CA 93703. Bidder's Minimum Qualifications: 1) The Bidder shall be properly licensed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and shall possess a C-7 (Low Voltage Systems) license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB). A current copy of the Contractor's C-7 license must be submitted with the bid. 2) The Bidder shall be a Stanley Security Products Authorized Dealer and approved by Stanley Pac to purchase parts through ADI outlets. A copy of the Dealer Authorization Letter or a Dealer Certification must be submitted with the bid. 3) The Bidder and/or its employees must be Certified Professionals in Stanley Pac Access Control Solutions. Stanley Pac Access Control Solutions Certified Professional Certificate(s) for each employee assigned to this Agreement must be submitted with the bid. Insurance Requirements (after contract award): Upon award of the Agreement, Contractor must provide proof of the following insurance coverage: Commercial General Liability, Workers' Compensation/Employer's Liability, and Automobile Liability.
