Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall diagnose failures, purchase parts, and install and replace components and accessories as part of the existing Stanley Pac Pro 500-Series alarm system including, but not limited to, the following: digital card readers, electrified door components, power supplies, and sensors. B. Contractor shall diagnose Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) failures, and shall install, service, and replace all components and accessories necessary to maintain working order. C. The Contractor shall not be responsible for repairing and/or replacing the existing conduit and wire, or security cameras and Digital Video Recorders (DVRs). 7. Routine Maintenance A. Initial Maintenance Inspection Within 30 calendar days of notice to proceed by the Caltrans Contract Manager or designee, the Contractor must perform functional testing and inspection of all control panel equipment, interior/exterior door contacts, alarm sensors, card readers, duress buttons, motion detectors, intercoms, call-for-assistance stations, workstations, network servers, uninterrupted power supplies, and all peripheral devices currently online with facility Access Control, CCTV, and intrusion alarm systems. B. Quarterly Maintenance Inspections 1) Upon successful completion of the initial inspection, the Contractor shall conduct quarterly inspections of the system, unless otherwise directed by the Caltrans Contract Manager or designee. 2) Within five (5) business days of the initial inspection, the Contractor shall provide a schedule of quarterly inspection dates to the Caltrans Contract Manager or designee. Dates and times of the quarterly inspections are subject to the approval of the Caltrans Contract Manager or designee. Any future changes to the dates are also subject to the approval of the Caltrans Contract Manager or designee. C. Annual Preventative Maintenance On an annual basis, the Contractor shall inspect all Stanley Pac Pro 500-Series access control software and associated hardware to detect potential failures. All system components must be cleaned, lubricated, and/or adjusted during the annual preventative maintenance visit.
