The County of Stanislaus Library (County) is soliciting bids from qualified and active Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) vendors to provide various software licenses through the Cybersecurity Pilot Program as specified below in Section D Scope of Work. Bidders are required to submit for all software licenses listed in Section D “Scope of Work” of this document, and meet the minimum qualifications to be deemed responsive. Bidders are permitted to use an existing cooperative agreement as a pricing basis for submitting bids for this project. Such cooperative agreements must be current, valid, and relevant to the scope of work outlined in this BID request. Contractors referencing a cooperative agreement must include a copy of the cooperative agreement, the bidder’s fee schedule that was submitted in response to the competitive solicitation that resulted in award of the cooperative agreement, and documentation of the competitive solicitation and award documents themselves. Such cooperative agreements will be reviewed by the County to ensure compliance with this BID’s project requirements and the County’s own Procurement and Salvage Policy.
