Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Standby Diesel Generator Rental, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide standby diesel generator rental services for CAL FIRE’s Butte Unit (BTU). Contractor shall ensure the generator meets the minimum following specifications: 1) Diesel powered portable generator that is trailer mounted with a fully weatherproof and sound attenuated enclosure. 2) The portable generator shall have a fully contained fuel tank capable of maintaining a minimum of 24 continuous hours of running time at full load. 3) The portable generator shall be delivered with a full tank of diesel fuel. 4) The portable generator shall be Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and California Air Resources Board (CARB) certified compliant for non-road mobile applications. 5) The portable generator shall have a minimum rating of 200KW standby. 6) The portable generator shall be capable of producing 3 phase 208V 60 Hertz. 7) The portable generator shall include automatic voltage regulation, switchable voltage output, and automatic start by a 2-wire control system. 8) The portable generator shall include a minimum of 50-foot length per cable of appropriately sized and rated cables with cam lock style connectors for connection to the building.
