Specifications include, but are not limited to: I. Contractor shall provide annual maintenance services of all equipment listed in this contract. Equipment covered under this Contract shall be as follows: a. Two (2) SLR-Stancil Voice Logging Recorders (S/N's 1112-A096-SLJCS-7002-1 and 1112-A096- SLJCT-7002-2) b. One (1) NAS Server (SIN 0713-4BDK-NAS-7227) c. One (1) Stancil Voice Recorder Equipment (SN# 0623- SLNZW-10680 upgraded to 20 channels IL Service Specifications: 1.01 Contractor shall provide Maintenance of all equipment listed on Section IV. Pricing, below. 1.02 Contractor shall provide Help Line Support from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time),Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 1.03 Contractor shall provide an 800 Customer Support number. 1.04 Contractor shall provide all Hardware replacement and services On-site. 1.05 On-Site visit shall be coordinated by County and Contractor at a day and time mutually agreeable by both parties 1.06 Contractor shall provide all Software Upgrades, as they become available.
