Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Consultant shall submit a complete report of the existingconditions, describing all work required to repair and restore the existing systems toinclude but not limited to drawings, details and specifications (Structural, HVAC,Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical/Lighting, Security, I.T., Communications, FireProtection, Utilities, environmental, ADA, site, parking, roof, etc.) and to bring all systemsinto code compliance. The consultant will provide all site surveys and all site and civilengineering drawings as required, with the exception of the boundary survey. In additionthe consultant must provide a detailed construction schedule and cost estimates basedon recommendations
