Providing the provision of the Mendocino County’s Mental Health Plan (MHP) specialty mental health services to Medi-Cal beneficiaries of Mendocino County. Proposer may propose to provide services to a specific age population or all ages. Proposer shall indicate which specialty mental health service(s) they propose to offer, which may include: 1. Assessment 2. Collateral 3. Rehabilitation 4. Therapy – Individual, family, group 5. Intensive Care Coordination 6. Intensive Home-Based Services 7. Therapeutic Behavioral Services 8. Therapeutic Foster Care Services 9. Psychiatric Health Facility Services 10. Adult Residential Treatment 11. Children Residential Treatment 12. Crisis Intervention 13. Day Treatment 14. Day Rehabilitation 15. Targeted Case Management 16. Linkage 17. Medication Support 18. Peer Support
