Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified proposers interested in providing special event equipment rental and related special event services. Upon request by City, Contractor shall provide special event rental equipment and related special event services including but not limited to the list described below. Contractor shall be solely responsible for: • Providing and maintaining high quality, safe and functioning event equipment and event services. • Coordinating delivery, setup and breakdown logistics with City staff leading up to and on the day of the special event. • Supplying the rental equipment and the necessary personnel for the set-up, maintenance, and tear down of such rental equipment. • Providing appropriate and adequate staffing on each day of the special event to ensure safety and proper operation of the rental equipment.
