A. Condition Assessment: In 2014 the City utilized a consultant to complete a Citywide Facility Condition Assessment and there is an expectation the information provided in the 2014 Assessment will be utilized and referenced in the Project. The Consultant will complete current field data collection and a new condition assessment of all major building systems. Specifically, the new assessment will focus on the following components: ADA - Review facility accessibility; Incorporate current ADA standards for accessible design in any recommended improvements. The City adopted a Citywide ADA Transition Plan in 2012, there is an expectation the information provided in the Transition Plan will be utilized and referenced in the Project; Evaluate the parking lot, traffic, and pedestrian systems in the immediate vicinity of the facility that comprise the path of travel to the building for accessibility and assess the condition of these components; Evaluate need for replacement, update, and /or repairs.
