The slurry seal coat shall be compensated by this item per dry ton of aggregate utilized. The calculated weight of the dry aggregate to be placed per square yard was based upon 14.0 pounds per square yard as illustrated on the plans. The dry ton aggregate price shall include the incidental items noted by this item and the Specification requirements. It shall also include the remaining constituents in addition to the dry aggregate for the formulation of a modified slurry asphalt emulsion including but not limited to set control additives, coloring additives, styrene butadiene latex, water and all other required components.
