Contractor agrees to provide as-needed pharmacy services, medications, and various pharmaceutical supplies for clients residing at the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) South STAR Stabilization, Training, Assistance, and Reintegration (South STAR) Community Crisis homes. STAR homes are five-bed community crisis homes for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health conditions. These clients reside at a STAR home until they reach stabilization and can transition to an alternate living environment. Clients can stay in a STAR home for no longer than 13 months. South STAR provides services to adolescents (12-17 years old), and adults (18 years of age and older) with developmental disabilities.
